Refund Policy

If you are unable to compete due to injury or illness you must contact WTKA at least 14 days prior to the event. Refunds are made at the discretion of the WTKA management.

 1. In the event that any of our competitions are cancelled due to government directives as a result the recent COVID-19 or for any other reason, your booking will be automatically transferred over to the rescheduled date.

A refund can be requested and will be made deducting any card payment fees or costs incurred. This request MUST be made at least 2 weeks prior to the rescheduled date. Any refunds requested after this date will unfortunately be rejected.

 2. NB. WTKA GB will not be liable for any consequential costs incurred.
